I s s u e(s) :
On the meaning of the
mass and energy concepts, as a fundamental proposition of
understanding Nature, as advanced by Albert Einstein in
his Special Theory of Relativity (STR).
- The mass of an object,
according to this theory, will increase indefinitely,
out of nothing, with the increase of the
object's speed and --according to the theory-- the mass
will reach the infinite value when the object reaches the
speed of light.
- Mass
(m), according to this theory,
is equivalent to Energy (E)
because they are related by the formula:
,
where c is the speed of
light.
